Artificial grass acceptance criteria
Acceptance is an important stage in the construction of artificial grassland. By evaluating the individual products of artificial grass and on-site testing of the site, the quality level of an artificial grassland can be objectively reflected. According to the different use of the site, the construction standards are different, so the acceptance criteria cannot be generalized. The following will be introduced in conjunction with the general acceptance method and the common football field acceptance criteria.
General acceptance criteria for artificial grass layers
a. The artificial grass is uniform in color, and the acceptance of various functional lines is uniform, bright, and no color difference;
b. Each function line, dot line width size and positioning are accurate, and the function area size conforms to the standard;
c. There is no obvious gap between the two lawn joints, and the bonding is compact and does not open the glue;
d. The surface of the filled enamel and rubber particles is clean and full, without obvious height difference.
2, filler thickness:
Generally, the thickness of the filler is not less than 60% to 70% of the height of the grass, and the actual filling height is adjusted according to the use of the lawn.
The basic acceptance of artificial grass is based on flatness. In principle, when using a 3 meter ruler to sweep the lawn surface, the gap between the grass surface and the ruler at any position is not more than 5 mm.
4. Distance accuracy of each bit line:
The marking color and size of each functional line and point line must meet the requirements of the relevant rules of FIFA.
5, artificial grass field performance testing:
Any phenomena such as arching, cracking or debonding on the ground are not allowed.
